Answers to frequently asked questions

General broker questions

Why do users need a Binance broker?

According to our experience gained over 4 years of the service, the main thing that repelled users from using the service was the need to share profits from automatic trading with the service, so we decided to provide our users with the opportunity to use all the algorithms of the service absolutely free. This was made possible thanks to the Binance brokerage program (since the commission is paid to the broker by the exchange, not the user).

Thus, a broker for the Binance exchange is needed to provide users with unique opportunities for free that are not directly available on the exchange (high-frequency bots with many algorithms to increase the user's deposit, an advanced terminal with numerous functions demanded by traders).
1. Unique screener of coins for the spot and futures market, built into the terminal, will help you choose the most suitable coins for trades at the current moment. With us, unlike Binance, you can see data for all coins on one page (and all this data is available directly on the terminal page), you can configure the display of various columns to display information on coins, there is data that is not available on Binance and other services, for example: data and sorting by the dynamics of changes in trading volumes, data and sorting by funding fee for all coins (for example, high funding fee indicates that there are too many long players opening trades on a coin, so you should expect a correction with a long squeeze soon). The most interesting data for running bots is the current volatility data (in the Fluctuations column) for the last 15 minutes, which is calculated in real time, which will allow you to run bots for the most volatile coins at the moment, which will result in a great number of high-frequency trades. You can select any coins in the screener table (including quickly select using the SHIFT button or using the "fast selection" option) and open single orders for them in the "Mass" tab of the terminal or massively run grid bots with these coins.

2. It is not possible to buy/sell multiple coins at once in Binance at the same time. Using the "Mass" tab in our terminal, you can send simultaneous orders for several dozen coins at the right time (along with take profits and stop losses for each coin). Such diversification will reduce risks and increase profits.

3. The Binance terminal on the spot does not allow you to set take profits and stop loss when buying a coin (OCO orders must be sent separately after the purchase and they are difficult for users to understand, so few people use them). In our terminal, both on spot and on futures, you can set up take-profits (including multiple take-profit orders) and stop losses before or during the purchase of a coin.

4. Stop losses behind extremums. It is correct to set stop losses when opening a long position behind the last low and when opening a short position behind the last high. We don't need to search the chart for the latest low or high, just select a time frame (for example, 24 hours) and the stop loss will be automatically set at the desired level for each coin.

5. Stop loss to breakeven. After opening a trade, when at least one or two orders from the take-profit order ladder are executed, it makes sense to put a stop loss at breakeven in case the price reverses. The service can do this automatically. This allows you to dramatically increase the number of successful trades and reduce the number of losing trades to a minimum. 6. One of the most important conditions for success in manual trades is the correct risk:reward ratio, namely, the profit from the take profit should be greater than the loss from the stop loss (for example, 2-3 times ). If you set the stop loss correctly, namely behind the last extremum, then you need to manually calculate the percentage of the stop loss and calculate the take profit based on this, so that it is 2-3 times greater than this percentage. Our terminal can not only automatically set a stop loss behind the last extremum, but also automatically set a take profit in such a way that the risk:reward ratio is correct using the "Auto TP size" function. It is enough to choose by what percentage the take profit for all purchased coins should be greater than the stop loss set behind the extremum. This feature also works when placing a take profit ladder.

7. Binance has built-in grid bots with very limited functionality, while not a single feature has been added to them in a year, which indicates that they were added "for show" in order to have functionality that is not worse than in competing exchanges . However, when actually using this functionality, the user will face the fact that it is completely insufficient for profitable long-term trading.

In Apitrade, improved compared to the grid bots built into the exchange, bots have many algorithms and ready-made strategies and dozens of unique functions, more about which you can read here. For example, in the built-in bots of Binance, it is necessary to select a range in advance (from which the price will inevitably leave) and it is impossible to change it in the bot. The Binance bot has a maximum of 45 spot orders or only 150 futures orders, which requires very large distances between orders and makes frequent trades impossible. In Apitrade, you do not need to select a trading range for the grid bot and the number of orders is not limited. The built-in grid bot from Binance is very limited in functionality: when the bot is launched, it automatically buys a large share of the maximum position regardless of the price (which is very risky, especially considering that the bot does not know how to choose the optimal entry point), while the Apitrade grid bot has flexible adjustment of the size of the first order and various algorithms for choosing the optimal entry point, for example, opening a deal with squeezes, by levels, by indicators. Also, grid bots from Binance have a big drawback: it is impossible to manually add or average a position, or reset some contracts to reduce risks - the bot will immediately turn off, the position will close at a loss, and it will be impossible to start the bot again. In Apitrade, the user can manually increase or decrease the position at any time. This is just a small comparison of bots, in fact, there are orders of magnitude more differences.

8. Subaccounts. For diversification and proper risk management, it is necessary to use sub-accounts with different trading strategies, and not trade only in one account, where everything is mixed up and it is almost impossible to track the results of specific strategies. In Apitrade, the user can create separate brokerage sub-accounts with one click and conveniently manage all of them in the "Accounts" section (Binance does not have such a sub-account control panel and it is difficult to get the sub-accounts function for a regular user).

9. Above, we described only a few differences from the functionality of Binance, in fact there are orders of magnitude more and you will see them yourself when you start using the service and carefully study the instructions.
Almost all users have their own verified accounts on Binance, but this is not an obstacle to creating and using one or more brokerage accounts, because the broker provides useful tools that are not directly available on the exchange and for this receives part of the exchange commission from the exchange in accordance with the brokerage agreement. In addition, you can have brokerage accounts with different brokers to compare features and conditions and choose the best one. Having an account on both Binance and with brokers does not in any way violate the rules of the exchange.

In addition, the KYC verification in Apitrade is done under a separate agreement by the Binance exchange team (we do not check and do not store KYC data) and if desired, the exchange could reject the verification of the user’s brokerage account if he has a verified account on Binance, but the exchange is interested in users increasing the turnover of trading, including with the help of brokers, therefore it approves verification.
In addition to creating a brokerage account through Apitrade and using the service for free, you can also use your own account on Binance and use the service for free, provided that the account on Binance is registered not through a referral link and after January 2020, in which case Binance will be able to pay us brokerage commission for your trading volume. To do this, you just need to connect the API keys on the page for adding a new exchange, a check will be made on this page and you can see if the account is suitable for free use. If your account was registered before this date (not by reflink), then you can create a new sub-account on the exchange (to enable this function, you need to have a certain turnover and leave an application for sub-account function on Binance), then the date of account creation will be the date of creation of the sub-account. If you have an account on Binance registered using a referral link or before January 2020, and you want to use it, and not create a Binance brokerage account through our service, then you can use the functionality of the service, but for a fee (with a monthly subscription fee).
The differences from other Binance brokers are primarily in the functionality of the terminal and bots, algorithms and options, the speed of the bots (we have high-frequency bots), as well as in the conditions for commission from trades and discounts (we offer a discount of up to 75% on the basic broker exchange commission using tokens and BNB).

Please, read the comparison of the functionality of the Apitrade service with the functionality of the exchange itself, which you can find above, this comparison is also relevant for most brokers, because they do not have this functionality, like the exchange.
Yes, in accordance with the brokerage agreement that Binance signs with absolutely all brokers, sending an application for KYC (verification) before the user starts trading through a brokerage account is required. This is due to the fact that Binance cannot provide services to specific individuals who are on the sanctions list due to high fines and the threat of license revocation. Some brokers may secretly not comply with the brokerage agreement and do not require you to apply for KYC before starting work, but Binance has indicated that it will identify and disconnect such brokers from the brokerage program, so we would not advise making deposits to brokers that are in direct violation of the brokerage agreement, because this is associated with great risks.

In addition, we want to note that the KYC procedure is simplified compared to KYC on Binance directly (you need to take 2 photos - an identification document and a selfie, you do not need to shake your head and open your mouth), so submitting a KYC application takes only a few minutes, and immediately after submitting your application, you can open a brokerage account and start trading, while the Binance team is reviewing your KYC application.
No, there are no such restrictions. You can use all the features of the broker and all markets without restrictions.
Firstly, when using all the opportunities for commission discounts using tokens, the commission is almost the same. Secondly, our commission is lower than some other brokers, but we have no limits on the number of bots, we support trading in various subaccounts (which none of the brokers have), we offer the most advanced grid bots and trading terminal with mass operations. Thirdly, the broker needs to earn profit in order to constantly improve the functionality and algorithms, and we introduce new features at the request of users on a daily basis. Fourth, with an increase in the turnover of the broker, the share of the commission that Binance pays to the broker will increase and this will allow for even greater discounts in the future.
Your funds are held on Binance in a sub-account created for you in the Broker's corporate master account. The broker, at your request, can send API requests to withdraw your funds from Binance, so choosing a broker should be a responsible decision. At our request, for security reasons, Binance has set a withdrawal limit of 1% of all broker assets per day (it cannot be changed, other brokers do not have such a limit), so even our employee or admin would not be able to withdraw all funds if wanted.
First, all funds are stored in Binance wallets, not on our servers. Hacking our servers does not make sense due to the fact that they do not have funds, and is extremely unlikely, because the security of our infrastructure is monitored around the clock by highly qualified admins, which is why in the 4 years of the service's operation we have never had such cases (although there have been many attempts). The server from which withdrawal requests are sent via the Binance API is in an isolated environment, inaccessible to external connections from the Internet. On the withdrawal server, before sending a withdrawal request to Binance via the API, all incoming requests from users are checked against a variety of parameters, including requiring confirmation by users' E-mail (which should not have been changed), requiring the input of a pin code that is encrypted and which is known only by the user (it is sent once to the user's e-mail and stored in encrypted form). Secondly, if all of our servers are hacked and the attacker manages to send withdrawal requests, and, which is also unlikely, they are not stopped in processing (although sending a large number of requests at the same time is suspicious), Binance will not allow to withdraw more than 1% of all assets per day (Binance, at our request, set this limit for our brokerage account and it cannot be changed, other brokers do not have such a limit). Thus, all the huge effort in trying to hack the broker's servers will be wasted.
You can withdraw them through Binance support, KYC will help with this, the data for which is stored by Binance. However, we have not developed our platform for 4 years and sought to conclude a brokerage agreement with Binance in order to close. This is not economically feasible.
If you use a brokerage account created in the Apitrade service and you have some problem, then you need to contact the Apitrade service support via service tickets. For an urgent problem, write to telegram support. You can also consult in the telegram chat service.
On the spot, you can pay from 25% of the Binance commission (when trading through the Apitrade broker without a subscription fee) using Apitrade internal usd balance on Apitrade and from 25% of the commission using Apitokens (1 Apitoken = $1), and also have a discount (25%) with using BNB. Thus, the total discount on the broker’s base exchange commission on the spot can be up to 75% (if you have an internal usd balance (for example, received it as a bonus or compensation earlier) and Apitokens (for example, received in a promo), as well as if you have BNB in trading account).

On futures, you can pay from 10% of the exchange commission using the internal Apitrade usd balance, from 10% using Apitokens, and also have a 10% discount using BNB (if BNB is in the futures account), so the total discount on futures can be up to 30%.

The broker’s base exchange commission, excluding all discounts, regardless of the coin, is 0.15% on spot for makers and takers (before applying discounts of up to 75%) and on usd-m futures: 0.03% for makers , 0.05% for takers (before applying a discount of up to 30%).

If you have DIGEX tokens, then you can use them to replenish Apitrade's internal usd balance and spend it on paying a significant part of the broker’s base exchange commission.

Working with ApiTrade

How do I get started?

To get started you need:
1) Register in our service (official service domains: apitrade.exchange, apitrade.info, apitrade.pro).
2) Create a broker account here (in this case, you will need to pass KYC in the section "Profile") or connect via API your own Binance exchange account, for security, enable 2FA authorization in the section "Profile".
3) Top up the balance of the broker account in the section Accounts" or the exchange account (recommended in the amount of $500-1000), if necessary, transfer funds to the futures account.
4) To get a discount on the broker exchange commission when using an exchange account, you can replenish Apitrade internal usd balance for any amount, you can also use it to pay for the subscription fee when using your own Binance account registered with a referral link or registered before January 2021. Trading in broker accounts, as well as in your own Binance accounts registered without a reflink after January 2021, does not require a monthly fee.
5) Study the instructions and FAQ. Start trading in the terminal or launch bots in the "Bots" tab.
6) Create and manage additional brokerage accounts to run other strategies and diversify in Accounts".
7) Chat in a private telegram chat (accessed via support ticket) with other users and share your results.
In the system, in addition to semi-automatic trading through the terminal, users can use two types of bots to increase their capital:

1) DCA-bots (we call them "Waves") - simple bots for spot, which buy a coin (for example, in case of a squeeze - a sharp drop in the price of a coin - the "Squeeze Bot" algorithm) using one or more (averaging) orders and sell it in one large order at a price 1-5% better than the average entry price. Suitable for beginners, because do not require setting up and selecting coins.

2) Grid bots (we call them "Hurricane") - high-frequency advanced bots for futures and spot with many algorithms, filters and settings , which make money on volatility, buy a coin using an infinite grid of orders at a price lower than the current price, and sell it using many sell orders. The main difference between grid bots and DCA bots is that grid bots continue to trade and earn on volatility even if the current price has become worse than the average entry price. DCA bots in this case are just waiting for the price to improve, being in a drawdown. "Waves" is designed for beginners who do not want to choose trading pairs on their own, "Hurricane" - for more advanced users who are ready to spend time studying various algorithms and experiments.
After turning on the "Waves" algorithm, you can change the risks by turning on the manual "caution" mode (from high caution and low profitability to high riskiness and high profitability). We strongly discourage beginners from doing this. Let the system work with default settings, watch the system work in different situations. When you fully understand how the system works, you can try to enable manual settings if necessary, for example, increase the risks if it seems to you that there are too few trades.

When you set the risks to a minimum, the system will open trades very rarely, with very strong squeezes, which are twice as strong as the standard ones (at 50% risk). When you set the risks to the maximum (100%), transactions will be opened much more often, because to open trades, half the price drop (squeeze) will be required. It is worth setting such settings only when the market is growing and there is a large deposit available for averaging.

Financial questions

Is it necessary to replenish Apitrade internal usd balance to pay the fees?

Funding your Apitrade account internal usd balance is not required if you use a Binance broker account created by the Apitrade service, but it will allow you to save on the exchange commission.
Please note, we no longer charge a 50% commission on profitable trades, the main income of the service comes from the exchange fees.
If you do not want to create a Binance brokerage account through our service, but want to use your own account on Binance and it was registered using a referral link or until January 2020, then you can use the functionality of the service, but for a fee (with a monthly subscription fee of 50 USD + 50 Apitokens, charged daily in the amount of 1/30 of the monthly subscription fee). The subscription fee is introduced in order to motivate users to switch to free service through the Binance brokerage program.

Replenishment of the Apitrade internal usd balance is possible only via cryptocurrencies. When transferring funds from the exchange to the Apitrade internal usd balance, please note that you need to select the coin network that is indicated on the replenishment page.
We use ApiTrade ourselves to conduct trading and generate profits, but the market volume, the number of exchanges, volatility and the frequency of favorable conditions for trading are such that by providing this service to thousands of users, we will eventually earn more. We make money from every profitable transaction of yours. Over time, the efficiency of current algorithms will decrease, but new ones will be implemented. We expect that feedback from our user base will help us make the service more efficient.
We offer two options for free (with no subscription fee) use of the service (creating a broker account through Apitrade or connecting your own Binance account registered not through a referral link and after January 2020) and one paid option: connecting (via API) your own Binance account registered through a referral link or after January 2020. In this case, a subscription fee of $50 and 50 Apitokens per month is charged, debited from the internal balance daily (in the amount of 1/30 of the monthly subscription fee). Apitokens can be obtained free of charge (the conditions are specified on the page for replenishing the internal balance of the service). In order to stop charging the subscription fee, you need to delete the API keys on the exchange. The subscription fee is charged for an Apitrade account and includes an unlimited number of bots (up to 3 connected exchange accounts).
If you have connected your own Binance exchange account using API keys, then in the "Accounts" section opposite the account name you can see the status "free" or "paid". In the second case, a subscription fee will be charged. If you have not connected your own account yet, then you can check before connecting whether the subscription fee will be charged: to do this, create API keys, add them to the form for adding API keys to a new account, and click the "Check" button, an automatic request will be sent to Binance to check the date of registration and the fact of registration by reflink. Accounts registered without a reflink after January 2020 will not be charged a monthly fee.
We have a very profitable referral program, which the service pays for at its own expense. The commission is charged in real time in the amount of 10% of the funds written off from the internal account for a commission or a subscription fee. For example, if you attract a new client to the service and he replenishes the internal balance of the service by $1000, then $100 will be credited to your balance in the service when they are debited.

A second level referral commission will also be charged: 10% of your earnings first level partner from the referral program. Important: it is forbidden to register independently under your own referral link to receive a discount for the services of the service. You can spend the accrued funds on the services of the service. If you want to order a withdrawal of funds, you can do this through the support service, the withdrawal is possible provided that you have continued to actively attract users who have added exchanges to the service and replenished the account in the service over the past 6 months. Possible payment methods for affiliate remuneration: USDT, BUSD, BTC, ETH, the transfer fee (tx fee) is deducted from the transfer amount. You can also transfer funds to any other client (for example, to your referral) without commission. Super partners who can attract a large number of users on a daily basis can count on special conditions (contact the system administration via a ticket).

About exchanges

About connecting other exchanges besides Binance

We previously had many different exchanges connected, including Huobi, Okex, Kucoin, Bittrex, Kraken, etc., however, we have decided to disconnect them due to significantly lower liquidity and higher transaction fees on these exchanges compared to Binance and frequent glitches with the API - it turned out that keeping most of the deposit on Binance is much more profitable than distributing it across several exchanges. In addition, we have joined the Binance brokerage program, and now you can create brokerage accounts with one click and trade in them, using all the functionality of the service and Binance liquidity for free. Even if you have some difficulties with KYC on Binance directly, it is worth trying to pass the simplified KYC with us and trade on Binance using a brokerage program.

For users who for some reason cannot trade on Binance, work is currently underway to connect the Bybit brokerage program (also free for users).
Creating an API key is only required if you decide to use your own account on the Binance exchange. If you create a brokerage account in the service, then everything happens automatically, you do not need to create an API key manually.

1) Binance: In the user interface go to "Account" and click the "API Settings" button. Enter any name in the provided field and hit the "Create New Key" button. Copy API Key + Secret and paste it into your ApiTrade account when asked to do so. Make sure trading is enabled for the API-Key you are using with ApiTrade service, click the "Save" button and you are ready to go. Withdrawals should not be enabled for the API-key.
It is highly recommended to buy BNB coin to pay fees for trades on Binance Exchange, as paying fees with BNB will save you 25% on spot and 10% on futures. It is impossible to predict the exact cost of the commission, as it depends on the volatility of the market.

It is enough to monitor the availability of BNB once a day.

If you use the "Waves" algorithm, then you can blacklist BNB so that transactions with this coin are not made, but this is not necessary. Also in the Waves algorithm there is a built-in option to auto-buy BNB when the amount of BNB becomes less than 0.1 BNB.

Differences from competitors

How are DCA bots of the Waves algorithm different from DCA bots of various bot builders?

Currently, a large number of different DCA bot constructors have appeared, which are sold or rented for a monthly fee. The algorithms of their work are rather primitive. In most cases, there are no trading algorithms at all, and the service offers the user to come up with an algorithm on their own. Bot creators are not interested in increasing your profits, because they receive money (for the purchase of a bot or a subscription fee) regardless of your result.
Here are the differences between our system and similar bots:

1) In the "Waves" algorithm, you do not need to configure anything - the system takes care of it
2) You do not need to constantly monitor the bot and reconfigure
3) You don't need to choose the right trading pairs and parameters
4) The bot can freeze / break, our system is constantly monitored, the developers are ready to respond almost instantly
5) No need to install anything on your computer and keep it running (compared to desktop bots)
6) Our system runs on high-performance servers that are located next to the exchanges, so all transactions are completed faster
7) System algorithms are much more advanced than primitive bot rules
8)The system self-learns during operation and makes decisions depending on the development of the situation, while the bot works according to the same algorithm, regardless of the development of the situation
8) The "squeeze-bot" algorithm, which buys coins at moments of sharp straits, is available only in our service
9) The system provides a stable income with minimal risk
10) Ease of use
is incomparable - it is enough to turn on a few buttons in the system (including a squeeze bot) and press the start button
11) Many bots require a large deposit on the exchange to work, but our system can work with small deposits
12) Other bots have limits on the number of pairs, there are none in the system.
13) By entering into a brokerage agreement with Binance, you can use our service for free.
Payment. Grid trading built into the Binance exchange is free, but there are a lot of restrictions: for example, the number of bots is no more than 10, the choice of coins is very small, the number of orders is limited to only 45 on spot. Apitrade's grid bots are also completely free (thanks to the Binance brokerage program), but without the same restrictions as on Binance, and much more functionality and lower risks.

GRID bots: In Apitrade, improved compared to the grid bots built into the exchange, bots are called "Hurricane" and have many algorithms and ready-made strategies and dozens of unique features, more about which you can read here. In the built-in bots of Binance, it is necessary to select a range in advance (from which the price will inevitably go out) and it is impossible to change it in the bot. The Binance bot has a maximum of 45 spot orders or only 150 futures orders, which requires very large distances between orders and makes frequent trades impossible. In Apitrade, you do not need to select a trading range for the grid bot and the number of orders is not limited. The built-in grid bot from Binance is very limited in functionality: when the bot is launched, it automatically buys a large share of the maximum position regardless of the price (which is very risky, especially considering that the bot does not know how to choose the optimal entry point), while the Apitrade grid bot has flexible adjustment of the size of the first order and various algorithms for choosing the optimal entry point (see below). Also, grid bots from Binance have a big drawback: it is impossible to manually add or average a position, or reset some contracts to reduce risks - the bot will immediately turn off and it will be impossible to start it again. In Apitrade, the user can manually increase or decrease the position at any time.

Entry algorithms: Built-in grid bots from Binance cannot start under certain conditions and start trading immediately after the user launches or when the price specified by the user is reached. The ability to determine the best entry point is one of the most important options for successful trading, however, Binance believes that the user should do this on their own every time. For example, if the bot trades while pumping coins to long, then it will incur very large losses.

Apitrade can enter transactions: with squeezes; by indicators; with sharp pumps (in shorts); by levels (bottom / top of the weekly, daily, hourly and 5-minute price range); continuously; with an increase in trading volumes; with a sharp increase in volatility (the "Swing" algorithm) to launch high-frequency bots; when news about a coin appears (algorithm "News Impulse"); when the stop-market levels are broken by an order; next to large "walls" in the order book (Algorithm "Ricochet"); the "Stars" algorithm allows you to automatically enter the strongest (compared to BTC and ETH) coins at the moment.

Exit algorithms: Closing a position and stopping trading by the bot in time is no less important than opening it. Grid bots from Binance can only stop at a stop loss in the form of a certain price. Apitrade grid bots can close positions by a grid of limit take profit orders (when the position is completely closed), by a stop loss (both upper and lower), set at a certain price, or as a percentage of the average entry or opening price of a position, by stop loss next to extremums (maximum and minimum price for a certain period), by maximum profit or loss of a position. In addition, the Apitrade grid bot can automatically set stop loss to breakeven and stop loss to the liquidation price, as well as close a position during a pump, close a position partially using the "auto reset" function. Certain "Hurricane" algorithms are able to stop the bot under certain conditions, for example, the "Star" algorithm - when the coin loses strength compared to BTC and ETH and at the same time the current price is above the position opening price and PNL is positive.

Averaging Algorithms: Binance Spot Grid Bots do not provide additional averaging orders. Apitrade bots (both DCA and grid bots) are able to average with squeezes, according to indicators (when the price of the coin resumes growth).

Futures liquidation protection: Binance's built-in bots do not have any futures deposit liquidation protection. Each Apitrade bot has an anti-liquidation system, which, as the position increases and the risk of liquidation, gradually reduces the size of orders, increases the distance between them so that the position is gained more slowly, and the last stage of anti-liquidation completely removes opening orders. In addition to a separate anti-liquidation, there is a single anti-liquidation that monitors the total amount of long or short positions in the user's account and automatically removes open orders from all bots when it becomes too dangerous.

Anti-liquidation is not the only liquidation protection available in Apitrade. The auto-dump system can gradually dump a portion of the position across the market under certain conditions, such as too large a position and a negative PNL position, thus pushing back the liquidation price.

The "long equals short" algorithm, which we have been working on for a long time, constantly monitors the total amount of long and short positions in the account and can, at the request of the user, increase, for example, a short position in the market with a sharp increase in long positions (which happens with a sharp strait when the risk of liquidation is especially high) so that the total amount of long and short positions is approximately the same and to minimize the risks of liquidation in case of a sharp strait.

Speed of work. Grid bots from Binance do not work according to the API, but are built into the exchange, so there can be no problems with the speed of their work. All Apitrade grid bots are also designed for high-frequency trading, they can make several dozen transactions per minute with high volatility.

Results: Apitrade grid bots are much more functional than the built-in bots from Binance, they have many algorithms for entering, exiting and averaging, they have several ways to protect against the liquidation of a futures position, they are designed, among other things, for high-frequency and highly profitable trading.

Grid trading on Binance is suitable for beginners to understand the mechanism of the grid bot, but any more or less advanced user will understand that he is extremely lacking in the functionality and capabilities in the built-in grid bot and, having tried the most functional grid bots on the market from Apitrade , is unlikely to want to use any other bots.

Possible problems and risks

Will it be possible to request a refund from the internal usd balance of the service?

If you use a Binance brokerage account (without connecting API keys), then your funds transferred to your brokerage account are stored on Binance and you can apply for an instant withdrawal of funds at any time in the "Accounts" section

If you replenished the internal balance of the service, and not the exchange (for example, to pay the exchange commission at a discount or the subscription fee for using your own Binance account registered with a reflink), then these funds are non-refundable. Payment of funds from the internal balance of the service can be made only in two cases:

1) Payment of affiliate commission for referral program
2) Return of an erroneous transfer, the request for which must be submitted within 7 days from the date of transfer. In the case of an incorrect transfer, our service charges "8% manual processing/recovery fee" for manual processing, minimum $20. An erroneous transfer is a replenishment of the balance of the service instead of the exchange, the warning is written in bold text on the page for replenishing the internal account of the service. An erroneous transfer must be reported to the ticket within 7 days after the payment, indicating the wallet for the return. Refunds are made in the same currency and at the same exchange rate that was at the time of payment. Only funds transferred by the user within the last 7 days can be returned. To withdraw this amount, you need to specify in the ticket the txid of the initial payment, as well as a wallet of the same type as the replenishment, for a refund.

To stop using the service, it is enough to delete the created API keys on the exchange.
